Curriculum Overview

Our training delves into the science of pranayama and yogic breath techniques, including Nadi Shodhana, Kapalabhati, and Ujjayi. You will learn about the breath-body-mind connection, mindfulness practices, and the art of meditation and stillness. The curriculum also covers conscious breathwork, circular breathing, trauma-informed sessions, and the skills needed to hold space and co-regulate with others.
